Eric Doyle is a Dublin-based jazz guitarist, composer, and bandleader. He is rooted firmly in the hard bop tradition while also incorporating elements of contemporary jazz, blues, and folk. He's joined by active Dublin jazz musicians Fionn Ruadh (double bass) and Darragh Groome (drums). The trio will play a collection of classic jazz tunes for composers such as Thelonius Monk, Duke Pearson & Miles Davis, as well as some choice standards from the Great American Songbook, emphasising the theme of love.
